All quotations provided by Keyspot Energy are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to adjust pricing due to changes in material costs, labor rates, or other factors beyond our control.
- Payment Terms
Payment terms for our products and services will be specified in the contract between Keyspot Energy and the customer. Payment is typically required in installments, with a deposit due upon signing the contract, progress payments during the project, and a final payment due upon completion. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and could result in delays or suspension of Services.
- Permits and Approvals
Keyspot Energy will obtain any necessary permits and approvals required for the installation of your solar power system. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their property is suitable for solar installation and complies with all local building codes, zoning regulations, and homeowner’s association rules, if applicable.
- Warranty
Keyspot Energy provides warranties on solar panels, inverters, and workmanship. The specific warranty terms will be detailed in the contract between Keyspot Energy and the customer. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing, and we reserve the right to repair or replace defective components at our discretion.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Keyspot Energy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of our products and services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website or by other appropriate means. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
